We all know that lefty trolls can be a real inconvenience at times, but a very special troll named Deborah Frisch has taken trolling down a very dark road. Jeff Goldstein is the very insightful conservative blogger who writes at Protein Wisdom and Dr. Frisch (did I mention she's a psych[o] professor at the University of Arizona?) has repeatedly and quite disturbing levied DEATH THREATS against Jeff's 2 year old child.

Protein Wisdom is currently suffering a couple of DoS attacks and is down. Apparently a couple of Frisch's leftist, child-abusing-sympathizers are trying to deprive Jeff Goldstein of his "voice".

What a sick skank. She will lose her job, as well she should, over this.

She could move up the street to the U of Colorado at Boulder. There's a vacancy there and the school would LOVE to have her .

Death threats against a 2-year old? She should be arrested for *Terroristic Threats*, charged, tried, convicted and executed, IMO.

Michelle Malkin has posted a few choice comments. For your info...

*** "I’d like to hear more about your “tyke” by the way. Girl? Boy? Toddler? Teen? Are you still married to the woman you ephed to give birth to the tyke? Tell all, bro!"

***

"[...] as I said elsewhere, if I woke up tomorrow and learned that someone else had shot you and your “tyke” it wouldn’t slow me down one iota. You aren’t “human” to me."

***

" Ooh. Two year old boy. Sounds hot. You live in Colorado, I see. Hope no one Jon-Benets your baby.

Are you still married to the woman you humped to produce the toddler? "

Give your pathetic progeny (I sure hope that mofo got good genes from his mama!) a big fat tongue-filled kiss from me! LOTS AND LOTS OF SALIVA from Auntie MOONBAT, if you don’t mind!

Somehow, Jeffy boy, I think you get off on the possibility of Frenching your pathetic progeny, even if it is a boy. You seem like a VERY, VERY sick mofo to me, bro.

This is a very disturbed person writing this kind of filth. Sorry if this offends but it is important to know what lurks in our Universities.

She is now claiming that she has resigned from her position.

Hopefully Freepers in that area can confirm this.

We have allowed the mentally lunatics of the left to get by with this behavior for about 4 decades.

It is time to start using the system against them, when they threaten our President, us, our children or our grandchildren.

July 08, 2006
white flag

I wrote some inflammatory comments at a blog by a guy named Jeff Goldstein called protein wisdom that infuriated many bloggers and commenters. Many of these bloggers emailed my boss at the University of Arizona to tell on me.

In hindsight, the things I wrote were over the line of nastiness. I apologize to Mr. Goldstein.

I have resigned from the University of Arizona so there is no need for other enraged people to write to administrators there.

Some blogs have posted comments that I perceive to be physically threatening. I have contacted the FBI and the Pajamas Media staff to determine how to proceed with this aspect of this unbelievable experience.

My intention in this post is to de-escalate the situation. The comments that started this all were nasty, not threatening. But I feel very threatened by the response.

Jeff - I lost my job. You won. Could you call off the troops?

Thanks for posting her full reply.

Is there anyway to confirm that she has resigned?

Is there anyway to confirm that she has resigned?

Question that many people are asking.
I suppose a direct inquiry to the UofA would be the best way to confirm her status.
I'm looking around for cached faculty pages at the UofA that refer to her
in order to compare them with up to date versions.
But it might be too soon to expect them to be updated.

Perhaps. She did write a compelling defense of her colleague here.

She also had an "issue" with a Prof. Bainbridge last year

Here's an example of her her eloquence...

A fellow named Stephen Bainbridge has his panties in a knot because I falsely described him as having supported Summers and criticized Churchill when in FACT, “professor Bainbridge” never even DISCUSSED the Summers fiasco.

He devoted a whole little blog entry to chiding me for my faux pas.

Dear Professor,

I am sorry for mistakenly accusing you of dissing Churchill but defending Summers. All you rightwing bloggers look alike to me.

Now that we’re on each other’s radar, a few observations about your blog.

1.Don’t you think it’s kind of tacky to beg for money on your blog when you’re an overpaid UCLA professor and a foodie and wine connoisseur? As a Catholic, don’t you feel a little bit of shame and guilt groveling for cash while discussing the relative merits of Bordeaux and Pinot Noir?

2. I checked out your control freak blog (no comments allowed!) and found this gem:

To insist that the overwhelming majority of this country stifle its religious impulses in public so that minorities can feel "comfortable" not only understandably enrages the majority but commits two sins. The first is profound ungenerosity toward a majority of fellow citizens who have shown such generosity of spirit toward minority religions.
Wow. Christians have been generous to those of us who don’t believe there’s a guy in the sky who had a son named Hey Seuss by a virgin named Mary who died for MY sins. I must have missed it.

Professor, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but there is no guy who lives in the sky. Jesus was just a person. He wasn’t the “son of god.” He didn’t die for my sins or yours. I know it’s scary, but seeing as you’re a law professor at UCLA, it would be nice if you joined the “reality-based community.”

Bad as he is, Ward Churchill is nowhere this whack job. She is seriously deranged.

There are grownups in charge of CU, now. No way would they offer a nut like this a job.

Churchill's about to get the ax, too.

She posted this update on her blog recently:

UPDATE: I have been receiving emails alluding to the fact that I got fired. I was not fired. I resigned. I was not pressured to resign. I just sent my boss an email explaining what was happening and told him I thought it was best for all involved if I resigned.

Personally, I think that considering:

A. She's on a farm in Central Oregon.

B. It's July.

C. It's Saturday.

It's very unlikely she's resigned or, if she has, that it's been accepted.

I also note that she is not a full professor at UA, only an adjunct instructor, so she may not really have a job to resign from.

She probably has no tenure and filling her slot for the fall would be about as difficult as picking up a whore in Bangkok.

She's just worried that if this thing gets too much exposure on the web her future employemnt opportunities might be limited.

I had seen that too when I googled her. I emailed Prof. Bainbridge with a link and he emailed me right back. Apparently he hadn't seen it yet.
