Andy Stephenson
Members of Free Republic, along with other conservative web sites participated in the cyberstalking and physical stalking of Andy Stephenson while he was dying of cancer. Freepers claimed that Andy Stephenson did not have cancer, and interfered in the fundraising for his operation and later with the Medicaid benefits for his aftercare and terminal hospital care. Their claims were fanned by several instances of the hospital refusing to answer questions due to HIPAA, Stephenson's friends and family refusing to release information due to privacy concerns, and the DU management deleting all threads relating to Stephenson. Like the crazed Captain Ahab OBSESSED with killing Moby Dick, DUmmie Ben Burch also has his own White Whale obsession---Destroying the Wikipedia LINK to the DUmmie FUnnies in their entry about the DUmmieland. For weeks now, Captain Burch has been pursuing his White Whale with dedicated frenziness.

PJ has a colony of White Ants in DUmmieland. However -- as they provide endless hours of amusement -- he has no intention of squishing them. ;-)

This is NOT, I repeat NOT, the real Fat Che, only a generic internet photograph that roughly resembles him as he is in real life.

It was difficult--and I never did succeed--to find a photograph of some guy the same size and build as Fat Che, but with the rage-filled, hate-filled, anger-filled, bitterness-filled visage governing the grimace.

I could never find one; apparently big stocky guys are either in a winsome or genial mood.

Actually, that 1000 (including LFT's) sounds about right. We have a bit over 3 times the traffic and signups as DU and I've estimated about 3500 FR addicts here.
