Yes indeed she does have a shot...she's bright and has really spoken out against Murtha very strongly- hasn't backed down one inch.
She's getting very positive feedback in places like Johnstown where Murtha has always done well...
If you look at the transcript from her live appearance here on FR you'll see what kind of person she is:)
