The Duke case is about race relations, but also about gender relations.

The rape charge is the ultimate nuclear option for women. And, we've all heard the stories of women who push that button.

Sadly for everyone, we'll soon reach a stage where rape charges aren't believed. Later on, we'll believe that there is no moral stigma in any sexual activity, and therefore the violent act of rape will be seen as simply an alternative sexual expression.

Good gosh, the State of California executed Caryl Chessman for demanding blow jobs from a series of women who he had stopped (sometimes with their boyfriends) using a red light on top his car.

I don't know how many of these cases involved actual sexual penetration, but I do know that in some of the testimony, he demanded of the victims, "Suck it".

Of course, Sick Willie Clintoon later made blow jobs not even a sexual act. Juanita Broadrick alleged that the then attorney general raped her, but that evidently wasn't a crime either.

So Caryl, Cell 2455 Death Row, maybe we can get Clintoon to apologize to you for what the State of California did.
