I would like to see the full video of the press conference. During the edited time, did General Hayden refer to the probable cause portion for issuing warrants, or to the did he completely circumvent it for the unreasonable search and seizure portion? Was he talking of the phone taps on non-U.S. based calls, which aren't protected under the Fourth Amendment anyways? Or was he referring to the NSA having phone records, in which case he may have been saying that the issuing of warrants with probable cause is null and void because there is no UNREASONABLE search and seizure of property as there is NO search and seizure of property at all?
Olbermann is notorious for not telling the whole story, and taking comments out of context to make a point. I don't know about the crooks and liars source, but the Olbermann source is bad enough.
