This fence cannnot go up fast enough! But, even then, those who want to come in will, even if it means to fly in, then take up residence in areas where they can do the most harm.

These guys are all ex-Mexican Army, trained by the U.S. at the School of the Americas, are the hired guns of the Gulf Cartel of Osiel Cardenas, and they now have a foothold in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.

Including former and probably current members of the Mexican GAFE special forces unit and the Mexican FES, their version of US Navy SEALS.

Their training has not been limited to that from US sources, and includes activities with Guatemalan Kaibiles and the sources of the Mexican Military former Soviet Mi-8 and MI-17 rotary wing aircraft.
