A third party, to prove its viability and to gain real influence, should concentrate on vulnerable Congressional districts and forget the Presidency.

If a third party could get two to five Senate seats and ten or twelve House seats, the Dems and Repubs would HAVE to do business with them, and then the third party would start producing results.

Why waste millions on a Presidential bid that you can't win anyway? Why risk a Hillary(!) presidency?

Exactly. These "parties" always seem to blow all of their money on some crack pot during the presidental election and then just fade away for 4 years.
