Agreed. Sacrificing even two years of relatively conservative rule is too much, especially since a rebound can't be guaranteed.

The solution is RINO incumbents being defeated in the primaries by hard-edge conservatives, who then go on to actually win elections. That'll send the message.

Agreed. The problem, of course, is that we don't know before hand that someone like Toomey could have done as well as Spector did in the general election.
