"I was thinking the low point will be in November, but it will actually be sometime in 2007 when the new 'Rat congress impeaches Bush. Bush fell on his sword last night pandering to future 'Rat voters."

You know for the first time in months I wake up feeling great about being a conservative. Mark down the date of May 15. On that day, the President stood up and affirmed what he has advocated for more than a decade. At that moment he transcended the narrow, bitter wing of social conservatives who appear to advocate political beliefs steeped in bias and prejudice against anyone who dares think even a little differently. There are many individual matters where I may disagree with the President (federal involvement in education) but, on the whole, he clearly stands as a person I can follow. If, as I suspect, his popularity improves. If he starts to poll ahead of GOP popularity we will begin to see the fix. Many of us who think of ourselves as fiscal conservatives have never been happy with many the positions promoted by social conservatives (ban on stem cell research). Perhaps it is time for a trial separation. But, we should certainly cooperate and maintain harmonious relations for the good of the children.

You feel great about liberal half-assed measures that will ensure the continuing invasion of illegal aliens? I've read that border crossings have increased since Monday night--the illegals are voting for the amnesty program with their feet by moving north!

I have no doubt that May 15, 2006, will be remembered as an important day. But the only ones celebrating Bush's stubborn affirmation of a failed policy will be the 'Rats. And you can go blow your unwarranted racist accusations up someone else's rectum. The only one singing a racist tune is you, my friend.

Feel free to practice your odd brand of fiscal conservatism--spending my hard-earned tax dollars to support your favorite illegal future 'Rat voters--in a nation other than mine.

Tell you what--in the interest of maintaining harmonious relations, if things look bright and wonderful for the 'Icans on the Ides of May, 2009, the anniversary of the day you rejoice in, you're welcome to come to King County, WA, where I will gladly admit I was wrong and kiss your racist rear end in front of Pike Place Market. I'll even give you a half hour to draw a crowd.
