Incidentally, here in Nebraska, in used-book stores, one can still find stacks and stacks of the book, in brand-new never-opened condition, by Genevieve Ferrari (or whatever the name was), written shortly after the elections of 1984, when she had run for vice-president with Walter Mundane.
