I expect Moussaoui will in time be given to France to serve his jail sentence where he will shortly be released. To show his gratitude to France, he will then recruit, train and direct suicide bombers and other various Muslim malcontents to attack French targets. Eventually the French will surrender and make Moussaoui the Prime Imam of France at which point President Hillary Clinton will invite him to the White House for a state dinner.

Perhaps at the demand of the new UN Human Rights commission who classify him as a political prisoner and a nuanced President gives up Moussaoui's custody to a France, as you suggest.

Remember that Jeffrey Daumer died in prison serving a life term in less time than Tim McVeigh did on death row. I suspect he's not going to be able to take the sort of "probing" he's going to get in prison.
I'd rather he got the death penalty, but you never know who might grant him clemency or send him to France. If a Dumbocrat happens to win in '08...
My point is that if he's in the general population, he won't last.
