You're right. "Drunken Sailors" is synonymous with Congress in my vernacular. I'm on my way to WalMart to "stock-up" on stuff I need anyway and in case the bird flu really hits.

I was going in a completely different direction than you, Small-L. I just don't like the expression "drunken sailor" because I don't think it's fair to sailors.
