Another line that needs to stop, "we can't just deport all of the illegals, there are too many of them".
Bullshirt. Lets expand that line:
We can't arrest all the pot smokers, there are too many of them.
We can't arrest all the rapists, there are too many of them.
We can't arrest all the speeders, there are too many of them.
We can't arrest all the crack sellers, there are too many of them.
We can't arrest all the tax cheaters, there are too many of them.
I think you get my point.
Yep. The majority of murderers, thieves, pot smokers, speeders, rapists, crack sellers and tax thieves are never caught.
There are too many of them.
Why can't we all join in on this lawlessness? Chaos and anarchy does benefit some people, why not be the beneficiary?
It is better to allow lawlessness to continue. Now don't judge me. Think before you act. You don't want some proto-police state going around and prosecuting crimes/ruling our lives now do you. I didn't think so.
Looked to me like the Dallas Area Rapid Transit System (DART) was well able to handle shuttling 100's of thousands of people to and from that gathering on Sunday.
It's just a matter of where the bus stops...
No, we can't deport all of the illegals..AT ONE TIME.
But we can put a big crimp in the illegal alien problem over time if, every time one is stopped by police or otherwise discovered, we deport them immediately.
I suppose the humane thing to do would be to give them one week to get their belongings and make immediate arraingments to vamoose back to their home country.
But I still haven't worked out in my head how we would keep them from running and hiding again if we simply used the 'honor system' for that one week grace period.
Still, like it's been said before, once those 12-20 million illegal aliens saw their amigo's getting detained in cuffs, they would realize that the USA is SERIOUS about deportation, and would do the right thing and head home on their own valition.
Only the gang-banger hoodsters or parents with young-uns would be holding on.
I read an article on the American Thinker website. The writer said that the follow-up question should be, " How many can we deport and how soon can we get started on that number?". His point was that open-border folks always say that you have to deport ALL of them at once or none at all. He stated that this is not a problem that happened overnight and it won't be solved overnight.
