How dare these %^^%&$% LIBS???? It's one thing to attack the GOP but to attack the GOP AND the Pittsburgh Steelers??? That's where I declare jihad!

Swann played in a different era when the running game was favored over passing. That's why he doesn't have the statistics that modern wide receivers routinely generate. But doesn't make him any less deserving of the HoF!

OK I want to hit somebody...RIGHT NOW!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Swann had some of the softest hands I've ever seen.

He is like the Klingon attacking the Enterprise as garbage.
Can't say that to Scotty.
"Can't say that to Scotty" ought to become a Series Hugh phrase here on the ol FR

I think it's hilarious! That's the best shot this DUmb@ss can take? I'm sure our future Governor Swann is deeply concerned.

By the time he's done, Hines Ward will end up being the best receiver the Steelers have ever had.

I'm convinced. Jurevicius needs to be on Swann's ticket as Lt Governor.

Seriously, I'm confused, did Clinton have to make the NFL HOF before becoming governor of Arkansas...or what's this clowns point??

If Lynn Swann deserves to be in the HOF then Michael Irvin should be in no questions asked.

Lynn Swann 9 years, 336receptions 5462yards 51td's
Michael Irvin 12 years, 750recpetions 11904yards 65td's

Absolutely!

Does Lynn Swann, Republican candidate for Governor of Pennsylvania and retired wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers, deserve to be in the pro football Hall of Fame?

Wow, what a back handed hit. The libs must be getting desperate, trying to diminish his outstanding football record, in a vain attempt to discredit him in arenas outside of politics - does the author hope those false dispersions carry over to the political realm also? What a cowardly move.

I think the former Cowboys' Cornerback Mark Washington would beg to differ.

This is nuts. Swann could show up anywhere on the field, with the ball, at any time. His skill was close to ballet while the defenders were comparatively wearing iron boots and boxing gloves.
