No no, as a poster told me earlier today, learn to speak spanish, it's the least we can do.

Sickening. I have a half-hour monologue ready for anyone who dares to tell me that. I won't let my son take Spanish in school just for that reason - I refuse to cave into these invaders. I can't understand the sheep mentality of people falling for this and letting our country be ruined. But then again, our plan is to leave CA ASAP and find a state where English is spoken and we can buy a house for cash with the ridiculous equity we have form sky rocketing house prices. Nobody in their right mind would actually move into CA now (so that leaves only the illegals.)

I agree. Heretofore, all immigrants sought to be assimilated into American culure and were encouraged to do so by the government. This policy was a success and within a generation or two immigrants spoke English and understood the rudiments of American politics and history. Now everything in public that is written or spoken is also rendered in Spanish. This is not only encouraging the formation of a vast and permanent underclass but is contributing to the balkanization of America -- contrary to every previous ideal and objective of immigration policy. Incidentally, William F. Buckley once described our bi-lingual education policy as "producing semi-literates in two languages".

I think your son (or anyone, for that matter) would benefit from learning Spanish.

I refuse to cave into these invaders.

Knowing how to speak Spanish does not mean you have to speak Spanish. It just gives you a leg up when it comes to knowing what's going on around you.

Good morning.
"I won't let my son take Spanish in school just for that reason - I refuse to cave into these invaders."

It's always good to know what the enemy is saying about you when they think you don't know their language. It's also good to be able to tell the enemy in their own language that their masculinity is questionable and their days are numbered.

State info for you *here.*

If you'd also wish to be on a FR ping list that alerts you to posted articles and considerations of such relocations, give me a FReepmail.
