Her refusal to work with the Federal government cost hundreds of lives, is it any wonder her approval rating is less than 33% ?

I saw some idiot on FOX yesterday lament that many NOLA denizens invest thousands in Mardi Gras costumes and paraphenalia... and lost it all because of Katrina.
Too bad it was the junk that drowned.

The people that are *not sure* must not know who their governor is.

The trend is not her friend. What a deep hole to try to run from. But then the election isn't tomorrow either... And until we know the major opponents it's still up in the air.

Wow, I never would have figured there would be so many Lake Area folks around here. I'm originally from Sulphur myself. I left swearing never to go back, but after going to help my folks out after Rita, I am now kind of homesick.
Plus, LA politics just seem more fun than Texas'.
