I wonder what websites or individuals have received the threats and whether the tantrums by their brethern will embolden the US Muslims?
At some point isolated killings will occur in the US. I don't think the overt public displays will in the forseeable future given the differences between the Euros and the US.

Yes, you are right. Indeed, some such targetted killing has already been executed in the West, including in the US. Rashad Khalifa, a US-based Egyptian theologian was killed for allegedly corrupting Islam in the US.
