Your time line needs to account for 400 - 370 Israeli warheads, although some targets - Mecca, Medina, Tehran, Cairo, Damascus etc... go without saying.

Would Israel really attack Mecca and Medina? Doing so would preclude any Muslim nation from sitting the war out.

At that point, it would be "The Samson Plan". Egypt would be under water, Damascus will be a ruinous heap. If it got that far, why would tiny Israel worry about what the Islamic world thinks?
