just heard on C-Span that "some member" of the Armstrong Family (a black sheep Democrat) leaked the story to a local media outlet.
My theory: these bastards (Cheney's handlers) were NOT going to report this incident at all!
So he did it to cover up the leak, but then wasn't going to tell anyone until a Democrat let the cat out of the bag?!?!?!?!
