We must reserve the term tragedy for acts of nature, this is an horrific crime against God and humanity. I regret nothing quite so much as the Allied lack of resolve at the end of German aggression. The Allies should have taken on the Soviet State and freed the remainder of Europe, sometimes what is expedient for the time being is more of a curse for our children and their tomorrow.

Point well taken. Every time I read about the U.S. Army colonel who alerted US officials to the truth, only to be rebuffed I get angry.
