No, I've not read the book, but if the Dutch are fleeing Holland to go to Germany or Britain, that doesn't take them very far from the Islamocrazies. That's just jumping from one frying pan into another frying pan. My guess, therefor, is that the Dutch emigrees are going to where their jobs take them. That, by itself, is not a sign of the Western world's demise.
I agree that Old Europe is committing (has committed?) suicide, but this article doesn't demonstrate it.
