No, not unless in fact in the military (just a little perk). I also don't think folks should vote under 21 unless they hold a full time job. I suggested that while in college, when the Dems pushed through the 18 year old vote, in an attempt to get a tailwind in the Vietnam era. My position was not popular in my dorm. :)

Gotta go but I'll leave you with this. Liberty interests are and always have been negotiable through the ballot box, fundamental rights have likewise run the same course but should not have.
