Spellcheck is your friend.
What is a "Vatican's high ranked Cardinal"?
Does this nebulous figure have a name? Was 'Cardinal Nebulous' speaking through the teaching magisterium or was he speaking from his personal feelings? Did the Holy Father agree with him? Where did he say this? When did he say this? This article is -------, well I wont go there.
When did the Catholic church knowingly ordain homosexuals? The Pope just spoke out against homosexuality in the priesthood.
> Catholics should wonder why Vatican constanly issuing a stout defence of Charles Darwin's Fraudulent Communist Religion "Theory of Evolution".
Wow. Sounds like *somebody* got out of the Crazy Bucket.
Whoo boy, talk about your howlers....
Yes, I'm sure everyone in the Gulags were creationists put there because of their creationism.
The heretics' adherence to biblical inerrancy is even more so. They find evolution "evil" yet they're unwilling to set fire to witches, just like the Old Testament sez, even though the witches happen to be their inconveniently closely-related sisters in law, dammit.
Bah. The reason why biblical inerrantists are allergic to evolution is because it points up their heresy to be the lie that it is.
The Pope is absolutely right.... evolution is true, as is Genesis, read correctly (i.e., as poetry).
Check out these "Bible believers".
Love that phrase....Crazy Bucket. LOL.
Yes he finally spoke out against homosexuals in the priesthood, after 50 yrs of homosexual molestation of boys and hundreds of millions paid in damages. The estimates are that the priesthood is 1/3 homosexual as opposed to the 5% homos in the population; having 1 out of 3 priests gay is knowingly ordaining homosexuals.
This is the most profoundly ignorant, (and stupid), post I've ever read on FR. Personally, I like to have quotes cited before I believe them.
The Catholic Church decided what books went into the Bible, not vice-versa. This 'haphazard' understanding of the Bible in the Catholic Church has an entire 2,000 years of historical explanation, as well as a Teaching Magisterium of which the Bible must be understood through.
Every other so-called "Christian" church makes it up as they go along, seemingly believing that the Bible fell from the sky on a parachute and is for each individual to dicipher for themselves. They actually have the audacity to think each 'denomination', (and in many cases each individual 'Christian'), have the divine commission to understand the Bible as they see fit.
Most protestants detest traditions because they aren't really old enough to have any. Protestantism in all of its forms is nothing more than a few select doctrines taken from the Catholic Church by various and sundry apostates who founded their own churches, and then taught negatively, as in "We DON'T believe in the Pope", "we DON'T vererate the holy Mother of God", "we DON'T believe in confession", etc, etc.
Is your name brainstem because you are missing one?
Is your agreement that 800 Protestants can be molesters also; therefore the 3000 priests accused of this are absolved? If so you have been lobotomized..
Brainstream, I think you should call yourself "braindead". Protestant denomination OPENLY ordain homosexual priests and ministers, and some even supply official ceremonies for homosexual 'unions'. The fact is that the Catholic Church has written AGAINST the ordination of homosexuals in 1961 by Pope John XXIII, and more recently by Popes JPII and Benedict XVI.
The homosexual agenda out there absolutely abhore the Catholic Church because they are just about the only Christian Church which does oppose what they do, and teaches it as well. Try reading the Catechism of the Catholic Church and take other studies before opening your rather ignorant pie hole.
Do you see me carrying (holy) water for the Protestants? Then tossing them into your agruement is at best a red herring therefore dismissed out of hand.
Your brain stem is nonfunctional.
"Wow. Sounds like *somebody* got out of the Crazy Bucket."
And filled it in one go!!!!!
Makes the John Bircher's look down right restrained.
What the Pope and the Cardinal heve said is that there is now doctrinal conflict between Evolutionary theory and Church teaching.
In other words the claim of scientists that they are constaineed by their methods from making any theological claims has been taken seriously by the Roman Catholicism.
No offence not foul.
