I believe it would be a fair trade.

I have thought of this bargain too, but as is being said, they would never go for it because they can't admit that an unborn baby is "life", despite all reasoning and evidence to the contrary. I also love their "potential life" argument. So is the unborn baby not alive, but may be after a magical occurrence? Is the baby a potential human? Is the baby a potential citizen?

I think it is fairly arguable whether an unborn baby has constitutional protection because of the historical meaning of the word "person". Today, there probably is a legal distinction between a human life and a legal person. However, by the same token there is nothing in the constitution granting a made up "right" to abortion. Without an amendment, the states should decide for themselves. Justice Ginsberg, .........Justice Stevens,........ we are your family and we miss you so much. You've served your country so please come home to spend more time with us. We need you now, not later. Please?

One doctor recently reflected on his creer and estimated that he terminated 20,000 pregnancies. Think of wht the world may have lost by his efforts.
