However "cowboy" police officers play CYA all the time as well -
There seems to have been very little need for a assault on this house. That does seem clear.

Cops don't give other cops DUI's...they get a drive home even when they are well over the legal limit and should be hauled to jail...when you or I would go to jail. Cops get to speed...when you or I would get a ticket. When their butts are on the line...cops are JUST like most people...they cover theur tracks to make sure they don't go to jail. Paragon of virtue my butt. Chances are...the truth will only be known by those who were there...and those cops may think they announced loud enough...but to a guy asleep...he doesn't think so.
Bet next raid they "announce" a little louder...what do you think?
