Kerry Forgets The Saying About "Sticks And Stones Will Break My Bones (CALLS RUSH A DRAFT DODGER!)

Seems that failed Presidential Candidate John "Crushed" Kerry (Who, if you don't know it, was in Vietnam) is really, really, mad, and when that happens he lashes out with schoolyard insults, and not very good ones at that. Seems the Crushed One was upset that Rush Limbaugh and Ken Mehlman called him out for likening American troops to terrorists. So he responded like a 2nd grader:
Quote: |
'Ken Mehlmans filthy and shameful lie about a decorated combat veteran is disgraceful. Political hack Ken Mehlman and draft dodging, donut eating Rush Limbaugh have something in common. Neither of them know anything about how to make American troops safe. John Kerry will continue to speak out about how to succeed in Iraq and protect brave American troops'... |
So, he called Rush Limbaugh "donut-eating" and a "draft dodger" huh? I can't wait for Rush to swat him like a fly tomorrow. On the "draft dodger" insult, I don't seem to recall Rush didn't write a letter about "loathing" the military during the Vietnam era. And shouldn't Kerry apologize to the "calorically challenged" amongst us for the donut (MMMM, Donuts!) crack? Now, if Rush wanted to respond to Kerry and sink to Kerry's maturity level he'd say "I'm rubber and your glue, and whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you". What's so sad is that like comedy, for insults to be effective there has to be some truth to them. Rush lost a lot of weight so the fatboy insult isn't even true anymore. But in typical Democrat fashion, Kerry will likely respond by saying "What do you mean, I'm sure he's eaten a donut at some point."
But the larger issue here is the way in which Kerry is choosing to attack. Rather than defend his words he hurls insults and invective. Notice how hard he's going after at Mehlman and Rush, who simply used his own words against him. However, what's really interesting is that when the Swift Boat Vets came after Kerry by using his own ACTIONS against him, Kerry was as quiet as a church mouse (Gee, I wonder why?). Many Kerry advisors, and even Kerry himself, have admitted not responding to the Swifties (God Bless Those Guys) was a big mistake that hurt him, and Kerry claims to have learned the lesson about responding to perceived attacks.
But I really don't think he's learned his lesson. Notice how he used the words "decorated combat veteran" language in his statement? Does he really want to go down that road again? He may think the Swifties have gone away, but by opening the "combat vet" door, he virtually invited the Swifties to get the band back together. Big mistake Johnny Boy, big mistake.

Kerry is a hypocrite. Kerry had 4 deferments and requested a 5th so he could study in France but it was denied.

Wouldn't the title, John (Frank Burns) Kerry, be a fitting handle for this fool?
He reminds me of that character on "Mash" more than anyone else I can think of.

Kerry defended Clinton's moral "decision" not to serve in Vietnam, saying he wouldn't question someone's personal views...I guess that works only for Democrats...

The viciousness of the verbal assault from the Kerry spokeshead is very telling. These people are losing it. They have this complex where they want to have their cake and eat it to. Kerry wants to keep the moonbat left stirred up, but can't handle the heat when the rest of the folks still living in the real world call him on his ridiculous statements. Just the very fact that they are responding to Rush Limbaugh is telling on it's own.

Is there any truth to the rumor that Kerry is considering going nuclear with "Your mama wears army boots"?

"decorated combat veteran"
Listen to me you self-righteous POS - a little black girl walking into a newly desegregated school in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1953 displayed more courage then you did during the length of your military service.

If memory serves correct, Rush received medical deferments. Rush played football in high school (offensive line and place-kicker) and suffered knee ligament damage (comparable to ACL/MCL). Back in the late 1960's, that was major surgery.
Rush has dealt with this before; I suspect he will deal with this in his usual way. Looking forward to his show.
