Unfortunately, almost everything that Christians produce is insipid and unrealistic. The characters are flat or syrupy, "Neighbor Ned" christians.
I want stories of real people in real situations. The bad guys need to be patently bad guys, without being unbearably offensive. The christians need to be faithful without being obnoxious or unbelievable.
I think that's because they really just interested in producing propaganda.
Art cannot be created solely to advance a poltical agenda, which is what they always seem to try. A political agenda can influence art, it can shape it, but it cannot be the sole reason for it.
Tell good stories first, and let the agenda come through those stories.
