Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic [said] that it was time for Serbia to give up irrational policy imposed by nationalists. Prime Minister Djukanovic is right next door to both Kosovo & Serbia. Just like all Serbia's neighbors, his worry is not Kosovo, but more of the same Serb nationalism that caused the wars of the 1990s.
