why is WIlson exempt from testimony? well, who is investigating anything regarding Wilson? Fitzgerald isn't.
Right...Fitz went in ONLY to look at the Bush administration and who he could "take down". He didn't go in to figure out who leaked Plame's identity.
For now, but I expect an investigation of that situation soon. It's just to convienient of sending someone there with no experience at all and not requiring a final report. Also the CIA din't make him sign a confidenciality statement, which most say is very unusual.
