Exactly right. That's what General Pershing did and the muslims in the Philippines didn't give the Army trouble for DECADES after he had the dozen or so muslim terrorists shot in the early 1900s, having had soaked the bullets in pigs blood in front of them, then shooting them, releasing two to go back and tell the others what they'd done.
