In order to establish a dialog, the other side must possess at least some rudimentary form of intelligence.
Yeah that is amazing. My Dad comments on this all the time when some sports team from LA or Detroit or a town where riots are frequent, makes it to the playoffs, wondering if cars will burn and be overturned, windows will be broken, and shops broken into and looted out of anger because the team lost, or out of "joy" because the team won. I sure don't get that.
