So, if you want to legally be able to backup your DVD's (and CD's); rip them to harddrive to stream to any system in your home; play your downloaded iTunes on a non Apple mp3 player (or visa versa) - burn them to a mix CD; play DVD's on your Linux system (legally); basically, make use of the media YOU purchased on any device YOU chose without having to break some law, then you need to comment.

We have one month for the comment period.
