There is a difference between killing someone to cover up a mistake and killing someone in self-defense. Do you need the difference explained to you, or do you get it now?

When the arguments against abortion are framed in the context of "is it right to punish someone else for something they did not do" then yes -- I do need it explained. Since you are offering (and a very friendly offer it was, too) perhaps YOU could lay it out for me.
Whether by rape, incest, bad choices OR mother's health risks, abortion is KILLING someone who is innocent, right? Why is a fetus any LESS innocent because the person carrying it is at greater risk? Pro-lifers talk a mean game about not playing God with another life, but then find a way to justify it when it suits their concerns.
Who are YOU to say that the mother's life is more important than the child's? Who are you to say that dying during the delivery of a healthy offspring is NOT part of God's plan in certain cases ??
