This exceprt is probably the most annoying piece of writing in the history of man. It has...
- Proust's digressiveness (the whole Ben Barnes saga)
- No reasoning whatsoever (yes, faxing a document adds superscripts)
- A complete obliviousness to reality
- I could go on and on...

I suppose we should all be grateful, though. Mary Mapes is an example of how far you can go in this world with no apparent intelligence, work ethic or writing skills.
