Psssst: She wasn't even President of the Texas State Bar OR the Dallas Bar during this time.

In 1992, Harriet became the first woman president of the Texas State Bar, and in 1985 she became the first woman president of the Dallas Bar Association.

Trying to smear Harriet Miers with a guilt by association with POTENTIAL AGENDA ITEMS FOR 1999 of the American Bar Association is contemptable and you should be ashamed for rumor mongering.
