I checked out the links in the blog and concluded that you are being disingenuious in trying to blame Harriet Miers for POTENTIAL AGENDA ITEMS FOR THE 1999 MIDYEAR MEETING OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES OF THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION. Did I blame her for anything? No. So get off of your high horse, or is there a polcy a new policy at FR of not linking to posts that don't square with your views?

You're right. I owe you an apology. I'm just going nuts over the fear mongering going on here on FR about this nomination. I'm not crazy about the pick either, but this type of post doesn't do anything to shed true light on Harriet Miers but gives more fuel to Bush bashers who are ready to believe any and all things negative about Miers without examining whether or not there is any truth involved.
