Same here. I won't be voting Republican for quite awhile, however, I will remain registered Republican.

It would be interesting to see how many true Conservatives there are, and how much power we'd have if we left the party and formed or joined another. If that happened, you'd see the GOP swing back to being Conservative really fast.
