I agree wholeheartedly. I've know lots of black and hispanic students at the university and they're just as sharp as anyone else. If a kid doesn't get an education, they'll be pushing carts at Walmart's, if they're lucky. I hate welfare and what it's done to generations of blacks AND whites. Up here they're white, down south and in the cities it's probably mostly blacks. Such a shame. They've done the same thing to Native Americans/Canadians. They give them money to shut them up and keep them on the reservation. Shame on the government for KEEPING them on the reservations, physically and emotionally.
But if we don't educate our kids, their lives will be hell.
No one deserves that.
