I stand by my assertion. You prove that the school knowingly hid their regulations from the parents of potential students. When I looked into Christian schooling for my kids, I was given a code of conduct. It had to be signed and handed in before my kids could be accepted as students. Like I said earlier, the mommies are either STUPID--and anyone who signs anything without reading it first is just that--or they knowingly put the girl in the position of being expelled. Stupid or scheming, take your choice. The school is well within its rights to uphold their own regulations.
