After all, we're the real Americans... that means we have to pay for things that immigrants--including/especially illegals--get for free so long as they have a pulse and a sob story.

A jewel - pass this one on to people with a brain on their shoulders, at least an ounce of integrity, and a love for the United States of America . .

Our government turned on "real" Americans, the decendents of the American Revolution, long ago. Every culture is to be celebrated and respected, but not ours. They deny we even have one.
After all, "we are all imigrants", no matter how many generations of us have been born, built, fought, and become the envy and destination of every usurper on earth.
Now every race that washes ashore here is entitled to congregate and seperate themselves from the whole, and is honored, but not us. That would make us racist.

There is NO homeland security or job creation for Americans while 10~15 million ILLEGAL aliens are allowed to live, work, and receive benefits with impunity. And thousands more are not stopped from entering the country everyday.
Build it here, build it NOW, and deport ALL ILLEGAL aliens!

How many of us could afford to work for peanuts IF our homes, medical, food and education were all paid for? I know my only reason for working is to have medical coverage, in order to have medical coverage worth anything I can't work a part-time or menial job. I would love to be in a position to be able to go into partial retirement, but I can't afford it because of medical.

We can't do it, people, we simply can't do it. And beyond that, we shouldn't have to be doing what the leaders of greedy regimes won't even do for their own people. Ya know this rant rings hollow especially comparing Cancun,
CANCUN, Mexico - A massive evacuation of tourists in one of the world's largest resorts began Sunday, as hundreds of buses were dispatched to move tens of thousands of tourists away from Hurricane Emily, heading toward a direct hit on the coast. The very size of the task was daunting: about 500 buses were ordered to move 30,000 tourists in Cancun part of a total of 70,000 to 80,000 mostly foreign tourists to be evacuated statewide to temporary shelters in ballrooms and convention centers.
To New Orleans,

What I resent is helping for a decade of need.

To pretend, however, that this is still the case isn't just stupid, it is evil. Our borders are no longer seen as the last hope for oppressed people. They are used to destroy us. We can no longer perpetuate the idea that everyone coming in is good; quite the contrary Huh it seems that some immigrants to some Americans are not "American enough"(i.e dependent on the govt.)

Well stated. And our Washington government panders to our own cultural self-destruction...with taxpayer rights and money, to say nothing of what is left of our soverignty.

That pic of flooded and unused NOLA school buses compared to the Cancun evacuation is a good one Dane.
I'll have to give you one for that.
You're a slicky one.

How hard was Cancun hit? I have no idea, but it seems that Cancun has a more competant govt. than New Orleans and Louisiana.
Sheesh the mayor of Cancun and Vincente Fox aren't blaming Hurrican Emily on Bush, like native born Americans blanco/nagin/landrieu are blaming President Bush for Katrina.

Abe Lincoln, followed by the 14th amendment. Been down hill ever since.
Next in line of dinks dragging us under has got to be Wilson and then FDR.
LBJ gets credit for inciting the immigration problem.
Jimmy Carter gets credit for kick starting Islam back into its role of trying to dominate the world.
Bubba Clinton only gets credit for being a circus freak.
I think Im going to give Woodrow Wilson top honors though. Not only did he get us into WWI and end the Jeffersonian ideal of open and free trade but no entangling alliances, but he also initiated the League of Nations that then led to the U.N.
Thats how I call it. Anybody else got a good idea to toss about.

I think you have clear picture.
For the sake of context though and recent events (in the past 20 years) - no other single issue has caused more damage to the sovereignty, economy, security, and integrity of the United States than illegal immigration from Mexico.

It doesn't really matter how an individual feels about imigration, for or against it. I think it foolish however to ignore a government agenda and attitude towards it's most basic citizen.
