This is astounding if true. Imagine that Nagin had intended to use the Super Dome for days. However, he forgot to tell the Louisiana Dept. of Homeland Security. They, in turn, were under the impression that the people would be evacuated soon and wouldn't let the Red Cross and the Salvation Army help the people in the dome. Meanwhile, time passed and Nagin blew a gasket and got angry because the FEDS weren't there! It's almost (but not quite) funny!
