I don't think there's any way the GOP could win the mayor's race in NO . . . ever. LA governor is much more likely.
I don't think their will be a mayors race in New Orleans. I don't think the city will ever recover for 5-15 years. It never be the same. I don't see the population ever becoming close to what it was. The city is a sewer
