10. I think weather control techniques have advanced a lot since the cloud seeding for Woodstock.
You probably can't create a hurricane but at this time of year mother nature will do that no problem. All you need to do is nudge it an a particular direction.
Yeah, I was wondering about that "cloud seeding at Woodstock" line. What's that all about?
