They refer to the two theories that constantly rage in DUmmieland about 9/11.

LIHOP means Let It Happen On Purpose - The Evil Bush knew Osama was planning 9/11 and let him succeed.

MIHOP means Made It Happen On Purpose - The Evil Bush did it himself and used Osama as a patsy.

Now they will debate LIHOP vs MIHOP about hurricane Katrina - after all Bush is the stupidest person on the planet, so it makes sense that he should be able to control the weather, doesn't it?

Thanks for the help; I guess he is kind of stupid I was just reading another thread that said he was trying to take over a state and the state was Louisiana.
