Wonder why the DEMOCRAT Senators and Representatives, Governor, and Mayor of Louisiana can't share some of this blame.

The President seems to be hold up somewhere with the world's supply of water and helicopters.

Please, spare me. This is a problem created by DECADES of Democratic policies, Democratic fraud, and Democratic theft.

Right now it is Democrats in charge and running the show. What they are really saying that their incompetence is so great that the President needs to come in and save the day?
