Dear Moral, this is the author of the above article, Tara McCormack. I think you will find that my article is based upon newspaper sources, and the discussion of the ICTY on the actual ICTY documents - references are at the end of the article (if that has not been posted fully, then please go to spiked-online.com). I cannot personally vouch for the nationalities or descent of the various journalists and judges, but would you, for example, demand to know what is the descent of a person who had written an article agreeing with the standard understanding of Srebrenica? If not, why not?
But what I am very interested in is who you are, I mean this genuinely I am guessing that I must know you, as you know seem to know about me. However, as you can see, my name, and my University affiliation is at the bottom of the article (or certainly is on the original on spiked), it is easy to contact me, and to find out who I am, other things that I have written and so on. You on the other hand are posting under a pseudonym. Now, you suggest that is important that readers are aware of my parentage in order to judge my article, so by that rationale, I think it is equally important that you say who you are so that we the reader may judge your posting. If you are reluctant for your own reasons to post your identity online, then I would be very grateful if you could let me know who you are, really I am just fascinated, I dont mean this in any weird way my email is t.mccormack@wmin.ac.uk.
