Hey Cindy Sheehan, why don't you camp out on Jamie Gorelick's front lawn? If it weren't for her and her stupid liberal friends, maybe 9/11 could've been avoided and the Iraq War may have been avoided. Your son would still be alive.
Where art thou, Cindy?
Most of the Klintonistas are still in position to block or redirect any evidence that would prove the LACK responsibility of the Klinton Admin and to deflect any and all referances to Hilldabeast.
Remember the Clinton 5 step:
1. Lie and spin
2. Attack the source
3. Intimidate the source
4. Destroy the evidence
5. Change the topic.
Important article, thanks! Interesting how the various people on the 9/11 Commission and its staff who knew exactly what the OIPR is and how it oversees intel and surveillance issues across a variety of departments and agencies failed to point this out or examine the implications.... can't imagine why they would be part of the cover-up.
Instead, lots of people "in the know" have until now allowed the FALSE impression to be created that Gorelick's 'wall' memo was just an in-house commentary on a very limited piece of legal terrain. Now we are finding out that it had far wider impact and implications across multiple departments....
Gorelick and lots of other people need to be giving sworn testimony before a Congressional inquiry, and certainly not Arlen Spectre's judiciary committee! It's hard to have confidence in anything the Congress could do on this, but maybe there needs to be a joint House/Senate investigating committee with full subpoena powers. Otherwise, maybe the intelligence committees -- Pat Roberts usually seems pretty good, and he chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee..... that might be the best hope for a real investigation and ACTION.
This is so important because it is more evidence that the impact of Gorelick's 'wall' went far beyond the Dept. of Justice. Captain Ed has an excellent follow-up on this article:

The Wall memo, though, was addressed to the Clinton Administration official responsible for making sure that the Defense Department adhered to the memo's guidelines, making it irrelevant which Clinton Administration lawyers instructed the officers not to take to the information to the FBI information. Either way, that decision was a direct result of the new procedures set in place by Gorelick, Attorney General Janet Reno, and -ultimately- Bill Clinton: putting responsibility squarely in their hands.
Good find! This ties a few loose ends together. Worth pinging the research folks.
Some questions to ponder:
(1) Who is the "two star" General who got in Col. Shaffer's face and ordered that no more effort be made to share Able Danger info with the FBI? Are there Clintonlite appointees in the DIA who were suppressing this thing, both before and after 9/11? Are they still there? Have they been able to bury or destroy evidence?
(2) Was the shut-down of the Able Danger program done by lingering Clintonlites? Why was it shut down? Who was responsible for its records after early 2001?
(3) After 9/11, was there any kind of cover-up within DOD about Able Danger? Were records moved or destroyed once someone realized that information to stop 9/11 had been available but had been suppressed by lawyers and the unnamed "two star" officer?
(4) What is going on within DOD now?? Why can't simple questions be answered such as whether Col. Shaffer's story is basically on target? Is Shaffer spearheading a genuine effort by Gen. Shoomaker to clean house and get to the bottom of this, or is Shaffer being sacrificed by officers and DIA bureaucrats unwilling to join his effort?
EITHER SHAFFER IS WRONG IN HIS RECOLLECTIONS, OR THERE IS A LOT OF EXPLOSIVE INFO WAITING TO EMERGE, OR THERE HAS BEEN A SUCCESSFUL COVER-UP AND DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE.
