I listened to the interview - Weldon is on it -- apparently he WILL be insisting on follow thourgh with the witnesses (eleven or so) that should be put under oath and made to testify.

When Congress comes back in session in September, we have GOT to call them and insist on open hearings like the Iran Contra hearings.

Let the staff and Commission members be put up under oath against the Able Danger guys and let the public decide who is telling the truth.

Weldon is now on my local Philly Radio station


He says he has 8 intell officers that are willing to go under oath to testify

He also says that these intel people can poke holes in Keene's latest statement

He said he was told that one reason the info wasn't looked into further was because it was too late ... the 9/11 already wrote their book

Also .. get this .. Gorelick, who is on vacation in Massachusetts called Weldon yesterday to tell him that she did nothing wrong on the Commission

Curt said he wasn't in his office and didn't call back yet .. but he thought that comment was funny because he didn't accuse her of anything

Curt also mentioned that he is going to ask for an investigation of why the 9/11 Commission failed to look into this info

He will ask that the 9/11 Staff be put under oath to question them about all of this

He also wants to ask the President to declassify all of the the Able Danger information
