In this country, we don't believe in guilt-by-association. If this woman (assuming she exists) has committed any crimes, by all means arrest her. However, her choice of clothing is really not anyone else's business.

The rhetoric has changed lately. The administration is now calling it a war on islamic extremism, instead of the war on terror.
Terror is an emotion, you can't have a war on terror. It's a slight, but perceptible shift in the proper direction.
