Well I did say, "Only hope". In reality I believe the world is headed into a massive war greater than those of the 20th century. Civilizations do fall. Perhaps the world as we know it will no longer be. If all of that comes to pass, I shall still consider myself to have been one of the most priveledged to have been an American.
